Not Your Typical People Manager Role
We are looking for a People Manager - Temporary to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish to secure top-tier talent for current and upcoming positions. Additionally, there will be a need to cover maternity leave in a People Operations role, during which you will manage employee welfare, office management, payroll, and benefits.
This temporary full-time position is expected to last 12 months, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end.
- Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify and hire the best talents
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Maintain real time accuracy and reporting on position/candidate workflows in ATS
- Ensure a positive and delightful candidate experience
- Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority.
- Think and act in a data driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. In addition, assist with payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide support in resolving employee relations issues, escalating as necessary.
- Office day-to-day management & employee lifecycle (onboarding, celebrations, events..)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for roles in the US.
- Experience recruiting for sales, revenue, and legal positions is preferred.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High sense of urgency combined with strong focus.
- Comfortable maintaining accurate records in our ATS and providing high-level updates.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Hebrew is a significant advantage.
- Experience recruiting for roles in Israel is an advantage.
- Experience in Ops & Employee Experience

- Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of (total/base) pay for this role is $80,000- $120,000.
