Legal Intelligence Group Leader
Description
You are looking for a job that will truly engage you. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment. You want to grow and be challenged, but above all you want to work towards a mission, and for your work to have meaning.
We are Darrow – a fast-growing, mission-driven LegalTech startup with a mission to uncover legal wrongdoing and secure justice for impacted parties. Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is revolutionizing the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.
We’re looking for an exceptional Legal Intelligence Group Leader to lead the strategy and growth of our CEP (Consumer & Environmental Protection) group. This is a senior, hands-on role that blends leadership, execution, management and vision. You’ll be responsible for making sure all moving parts - teams, processes, priorities and the market work in sync. That means building and optimizing workflows, nurturing strong team leadership, and setting your people up for success through clear problem-solving frameworks and effective communication. You’ll also act as the connective tissue between CEP and key stakeholders across revenue, sales, R&D, and product, ensuring alignment and momentum. Just as critically, you’ll engage directly with the market to surface new opportunities and help scale the group’s impact, shaping how Darrow delivers justice at scale.
