Inc. Honors Darrow as a 2025 Best Workplace for Building a Culture of Trust, Teamwork, and Impact

Darrow has been named to Inc.'s 2025 Best Workplaces list, a recognition that reflects both the company's rapid growth and its investment in the culture that underlies it.

Inc.'s Best Workplaces program is administered through a rigorous evaluation process conducted by Quantum Workplace, assessing companies across four dimensions: management effectiveness, professional development opportunities, benefits packages, and overall company culture. The assessment combines employee surveys covering every aspect of the workplace experience with thorough audits of company benefits and policies — designed to surface genuine commitment to employee welfare rather than superficial perks. Darrow achieved 100% employee participation in the survey, a figure that speaks directly to the level of internal engagement the recognition is meant to identify.

The honor reflects a culture built around five core values that Darrow defines explicitly: People First, which places human well-being at the center and calls for humility and care in every interaction; Intentional Communication, which prioritizes honesty, deep listening, and feedback over performative transparency; Partner Centricity, which frames the work of justice as collaborative and holds trust with partners as non-negotiable; Integrity, which requires that actions align with values and that claims be backed by data; and Radical Foresight, which positions the team as pioneers who use constraints creatively and treat every experience as a source of learning.

Mathew Keshav Lewis, Darrow's Chief Revenue Officer and GM of its U.S. office, described the recognition as a reflection of the shared mission that holds the team together — building intelligence to discover, assess, and address every legal violation, and ultimately bring justice to more people. That mission, he noted, is what allows Darrow to attract and retain the talent its work demands.

For Darrow, making Inc.'s Best Workplaces list alongside its commercial growth and product recognition is a signal that the company is building something designed to last — not just a platform, but the organization capable of sustaining it
