Our Legal Data team is growing, and we are looking for a Legal Data Quality Specialist to join the team.  

Not Your Typical Role

As a Legal Data Quality Specialist, you will be pivotal in overseeing the quality of our legal insights, in all legal domains. You'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our insights leads to real-world justice at scale. The ideal candidate possesses excellent writing and research skills, with a strong understanding of US law and the legal landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing our products regarding legal violations, working alongside the department’s management to build processes for legal QA.
  • Play a key role in shaping our Legal QA and UX department and building processes that will allow us to assure quality of our products over time 
  • Conduct legal research 
  • Employ creative legal writing skills,
  • Craft substantive arguments regarding legal violations,
  • Create customizable templates for legal arguments, 
  • Review, edit, modify, and amend written reports regarding legal violations, 
  • Verify and assess the reliability of sources (legal and otherwise).

Requirements

  • US licensed attorney
  • Native English speaker  
  • Independent, resourceful, team player who is able to translate technical and legal concepts to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner
  • Storyteller 

Preferred:

  • Litigation Experience in the US
  • Experience as an Editor on a Legal Journal
