Our Hiring team is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

Not Your Typical Talent Acquisition Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from beginning to end to secure top-tier talent for current and upcoming positions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end.
  • Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best talents
  • Conducting in-depth phone interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews).
  • Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain real time accuracy and reporting on position/candidate workflows in ATS
  • Ensure a positive and delightful candidate experience
  • Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority.
  • Think and act in a data driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting internationally for roles in both the US and Israel
  • Experience recruiting for product, R&D, and sales positions are preferred!
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player, positive and can-do approach
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew
  • High sense of urgency combined with a strong level of focus 
  • Comfortable keeping accurate records in our ATS and providing high-level updates
  • Able to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset
