We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join the team and help us bring some color and spark into the legal world.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Lead processes and design projects while guiding other designers into success
- Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
- Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
- Focus on user experience using research and live results
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel
- Your voice, you'll be a part of our team and help us build a better world
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as UX\UI designer (product, digital or web) at a startup environment.
- You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
- You have a positive attitude and great social skills
- You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadline
You:
- Hold the flag for User-centric design
- Have your own voice but you can also find your way into a consistent line.
Down to the nitty-gritty,
- Portfolio, obviously...
- Softwares: the more the merrier, but these will do: Figma, Adobe Suite, Jira
- Experience working on digital products (displayed on your portfolio)
- Motivation to grow and learn as a team and as an individual
