Our latest release focuses on updates to Insights, where available cases are listed. Insights give attorneys an at a glance view of potential litigation opportunities, including legal theory, scope, and projected value. With v1.8, Insights now include two new metrics and a new way to surface high performing cases.
A few months ago, darrow introduced estimated expected settlement amounts into Insights, giving attorneys earlier visibility into potential financial outcomes. This metric is designed to support faster, more informed comparisons across opportunities before deeper diligence begins.
This metric helps attorneys understand how similar cases have resolved historically and what level of recovery may be realistic given the facts, theory, and scope of the matter. Instead of treating all opportunities as equal until later stages, firms can now differentiate cases earlier in the funnel.

Insights now include estimated time to settle, informed by Darrow's AI-powered case assessment models and historical case data. Attorneys now have a clearer view of the expected lifecycle of a case before committing resources.

The Time-Efficient section highlights cases with the fastest estimated time to settle, while Optimal ROI features cases that combine shorter timelines with higher estimated settlement amounts. These categories are designed for attorneys who want to focus on efficiency and returns without manually sorting through the full list of opportunities. They serve as a starting point, helping firms quickly identify cases that align with their priorities and move forward faster.
